1. Coupons & Discounts

How to Use Coupons:

• Coupons can be applied at checkout by entering the coupon code in the designated field.
• Only one coupon code can be used per order.

Coupon Validity & Restrictions:

• Coupons have an expiration date and must be used within the specified timeframe.

2. Gift Cards

How to Purchase & Redeem:

• Gift cards are available for purchase on Xplro.com and can be redeemed for any product available on the website.
• To redeem a gift card, enter the gift card code at checkout.
• Gift cards can be used partially or in full. Any remaining balance will be available for future purchases.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions:

• Non-refundable & Non-transferable: Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
• Expiration: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• If an order paid with a gift card is canceled or refunded, the amount will be credited back to the same gift card.

3. Additional Terms

• Fraudulent Use: If we detect fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of coupon/gift card terms, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.
• Modification & Termination: Xplro.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any coupon or gift card offer at any time without prior notice.
