At Xplro.com, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience by offering reliable and timely delivery of our products. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how we process and ship orders.
1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment, but we are working on expanding our services.
2. Order Processing Time
- Ready-made products (e.g., travel accessories, pre-designed T-shirts): 1-3 business days.
- Customized & Print-on-Demand (POD) products: 3-5 business days as they are made to order.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery:
- Metro cities: 5-7 business days
- Non-metro cities & remote locations: 7-12 business days
- Customized/POD orders: 7-14 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or high order volume.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹500.
- Free shipping: Available on orders above ₹500.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: ₹10 extra will be added for processing COD orders.
- For bulk or customized orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
6. Delivery Partners
We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@xplro.com with your order details.
- If an order is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund based on the situation.
8. Address & Delivery Issues
- Ensure you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to the recipient’s absence, the courier service may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. In such cases, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
